For CEREC intraoral scan, please send it through CEREC directly.

Please look for Arklign lab on your scanner, then send the STL file to us.

For CT scan, please export the DICOM file from your CT viewing software and upload the CT Scan (DICOM file with a .dcm filename extension) to the Arklign Platform with at least a 1mm open bite and retracted cheek from soft tissue with cotton rolls.

Please upload your CT file by compressing and zipping the DICOM files into a ZIP folder and uploading it to the Arklign Platform.
