If you are experiencing issues with pages not loading, blank screen, fields missing, or missing buttons, this may be the result of browser cache not updated. You will need to clear your browser cache to load the latest updates.
In Chrome
Clear browser data with the keyboard shortcut.
On Chrome, press the keys [Ctrl] and [H]
Click on Clear browsing data.
A new window opens. Time Range: All Time. Check the boxes for:
Browsing history
Cookies and other site data
Cache images and files
Clear browser data through the menu.
On Chrome, at the top right, click the three dots
Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Browsing History", "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
In Microsoft Edge
Clear browser data with the keyboard shortcut.
Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].
A new Window opens. Check the boxes:
Browsing history
Cookies and other site data
Cache images and files
Clear now
Completely close out the browser and re-open
