Requirements:
You must have your username or email address to reset your password. If you do not know either of these, call Arklign technical support (855-361-4512) to reset the password.
Reset password is not available on mobile.
How to reset a forgotten password
Press Forgot Password? on the sign in page.
Select the method to reset the password.
To reset using email
Select email under Reset Password. Enter the email address. Press SEND EMAIL.
Check your email and open the message from Arklign. Press PASSWORD RESET.
Enter your new password. Check the Show Password box to see the new password as you type. Press RESET PASSWORD.
You will now be able to log in using the new password.
Reset using text (device must be verified prior)
Select text under Reset Password. Enter your verified mobile phone number. Press SEND TEXT. Input the 6 digit verification code. Enter the new password. Press RESET PASSWORD.
How to verify your mobile device
Please note your device must be verified before you can reset your password via text message.
Click your account name and select Your Account > Security. Enter your device phone number in Verify Mobile Number section. Press VERIFY PHONE. Input 6 digit verification code.
Changing your password on your desktop
If you know your current password and would like to update it, you may do so at any time.
Click your account name and select Your Account > Security. Enter your Current Password in the Change Password section. Enter your New Password. Repeat your new password. Press SAVE PASSWORD.
