Pacific Dental (PDS) Onboarding/Troubleshooting

  1. Ask for user’s PDSHealth.com email

  2. Search for user in Papa

    1. Account: Pacific Dental

  3. Check to see if they’re an existing user

    1. Click “User”

    2. Enter their email in the search field

    3. If you do not see their email/user, refer them to their IT to get added

    4. WE CANNOT/DO NOT INVITE any PDS users

  4. If user exists and is not in the office they are requesting, OK to add user, but inform them to contact their IT to get added to make changes permanent

    1. Note: We can add, but user location will revert to original if their IT does not make changes on their side

    2. If user needs to be removed, ask them to contact their IT

      1. WE DO NOT REMOVE USERS

  5. If Dentist user needs to be changed to Practice Manager, Ok to change user from Individual User to Practice Manager, but inform them to contact their IT to make changes permanent

    1. Note: We may change user roles, but role change will revert to original if their IT does not make changes on their side
