Ask for user’s PDSHealth.com email
Search for user in Papa
Account: Pacific Dental
Check to see if they’re an existing user
Click “User”
Enter their email in the search field
If you do not see their email/user, refer them to their IT to get added
WE CANNOT/DO NOT INVITE any PDS users
If user exists and is not in the office they are requesting, OK to add user, but inform them to contact their IT to get added to make changes permanent
Note: We can add, but user location will revert to original if their IT does not make changes on their side
If user needs to be removed, ask them to contact their IT
WE DO NOT REMOVE USERS
If Dentist user needs to be changed to Practice Manager, Ok to change user from Individual User to Practice Manager, but inform them to contact their IT to make changes permanent
Note: We may change user roles, but role change will revert to original if their IT does not make changes on their side
