How To Send iTero Scan Case to Arklign

Add Arklign to your scanner before sending your first scan:

  1. Go to: Myitero.com. See Video: How to connect labs to your iTero
    OR

  2. Call iTero (800) 577-8767, Option 1 and add Arklign using Arklign’s iTero ID: 16172

Send scans to Arklign:

  1. Log in to your iTero scanner

  1. Click on New Scan to create a new case

  • Patient names must be identical to the Rx submission on the Arklign Platform!

A. Fill in required fields for Tooth-Borne Crown/Bridge

B. Fill in required fields for Implant-Borne Crown/Bridge

C. Fill in required fields for Denture

D. Fill in required fields for Other: Gum Hero, Reference Denture, Clear Retainer, Nightguard etc.

  1. Click on the Scan Icon to start scanning

  2. After scanning, send iTero scan to Arklign directly through iTero scanner

  3. On your Google Chrome Browser, go to app.arklign.com

  4. Log in by using your company assigned credential (Single Sign On)

  5. Hover mouse cursor over the Action Button (+) at the upper right side of your screen to create a case.
