Enabling Pop Ups in Different Browsers

Enable pop ups to login via Single Sign On and see notification pop ups.

If you're having trouble logging in via Single Sign On or seeing any notifications pop ups, enable pop ups in your browser. See steps below. Please make sure to reload page after you enabled pop up.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome and click on the three-dot menu icon located in the top right corner of the browser window.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select "Settings."

  3. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security" in the left-hand menu.

  4. Under the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Site settings."

  5. Scroll down and click on "Pop-ups and redirects."

  6. Toggle Blocked (recommended) the switch to allow pop-ups, and make sure it is turned off.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three-dot menu icon located in the top right corner of the browser window.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select "Settings."

  3. Scroll down and click on "Cookies and site permissions" in the left-hand menu.

  4. Under the "General" section, click on "Pop-ups and redirects."

  5. Toggle the switch to allow pop-ups, and make sure it is turned on (the switch will appear blue).

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox and click on the three-line menu icon located in the top right corner of the browser window.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select "Preferences."

  3. In the left-hand menu, click on "Privacy & Security."

  4. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section and find "Block pop-up windows."

  5. Uncheck the box next to "Block pop-up windows" to enable pop-ups.

Safari

  1. Open Safari and click on "Safari" in the top menu bar.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select "Preferences."

  3. In the preferences window, click on the "Websites" tab.

  4. In the left-hand menu, click on "Pop-up Windows."

  5. Ensure that the checkbox for "Block and Notify" is unchecked, or add Ziflow as an exception in the list of websites below.

Reminder: Make sure to reload page after you enable. If issue still occurs, try closing browser and reopening to make sure browser is enabled.
